Working very closely with the owner, and the Fifteen Group, we created a space that feels open, vibrant, and communal—an easy place to gather, listen, and stay longer than planned. Music becomes the catalyst that draws people together, creating a setting that feels magnetic and alive. It’s the kind of place where the crowd, the sound, and the setting combine to make it the natural hub of the waterfront.
